I truly enjoy the intricacy of this shot.   I love how when one looks closely many colors can be found within this single image.  One of my all time favorite quotes is "Life is a great big canvas and you should throw all the paint you can on it," by Danny Kaye.  I feel as if that is exactly what the coral is doing.  It's simply stunning.

The shallowest part of the Flower Garden Banks reefs is 55 feet. Extensive coral cover, from 52%-70%, continues to a depth of about 160 feet.

Kelly...   can you estimate the depths of these two photos? I'm thinking this is fairly deep considering the morphology of the colonies.
